Cereal Made With Natural Wheat Bran Fiber All-Bran® Is Concentrated With Natural Wheat Bran Fiber

Sheaf of Wheat

This hard-working fiber has been shown to promote regularity by creating bulk in the bowel, sweeping away contents like a broom. Wheat bran fiber also provides daily vitamins and minerals our bodies need.

Natural wheat bran fiber is different from whole-grain wheat flour and whole-grain wheat in that it’s extracted from the bran of the wheat kernel. That’s where most of the fiber in wheat is found. Instead of coming from the bran, whole-wheat flour is made from all of the components of the wheat kernel. When all of these components are milled together, the bran fiber becomes a smaller component of the whole wheat or mixture and is not as highly concentrated as it is in Kellogg’s® All-Bran®.

According to USDA survey data, 9 out of 10 Americans do not get enough fiber in their diets. All Bran® cereal is made with natural wheat bran fiber. It’s an easy and delicious way to close the fiber gap in most American diets.
