In medium mixing bowl, combine applesauce, milk and KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal.Set aside.
In large bowl, beat together margarine, sugar, cinnamon, all-spice and cloves.Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add alternately with cereal mixture to margarine mixture, beating well after each addition. Spoon into 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spary or lined with paper cups. Fill half full.
Bake at 350° F oven 20 minutes or until wooded pick inserted in cupcake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely. Frost with Lemon Frosting.
To prepare Lemon Frosting, combine frosting ingredients, mixing until smooth. Frost cooled cupcakes.If desired, garnish with nut pieces.
