Stir together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and buttermilk. Let stand 3 minutes or until cereal softens. Add eggs and oil. Beat well. Add dates and raisins. Stir in flour mixture, mixing only until combined. Spread batter evenly in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° F about 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes.
